Andrew C. Bielat and Eugene L. Bryan, PhD, are the cofounders of Profit Hawk, LLC, a business they founded to fill “the obvious and pressing need for fact-based decision-making tools and support.”

Bielat grew up in a working-class family in the early 1960s and put himself through college, earning a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering with honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He rose through the ranks of leadership within the consumer food, nuclear power, and steel industries before realizing his entrepreneurial ambitions and founding Pilot Advisors, becoming an executive coach and performance advisor.

Bryan is known for his groundbreaking work in the field of computer-based enterprise optimization—a technology he pioneered and refined. He works through his company, BestPossible Solutions Inc., as a consultant and author. He founded and served as CEO of Decision Dynamics Inc. before BestPossible Solutions.
