Jennifer Steed adores languages, learning about other cultures, teaching, reading, writing, painting, and flamingos. Most of all, she loves being a wife to her fantastic husband, Mitch, and mother to her sweet baby, Lydia. She received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in elementary education after serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Curitiba, Brazil. She taught elementary school in Utah for three years, two of which were 1st grade Portuguese Dual-Immersion, which she LOVED! Opening The Pink Flamingo Press is the fulfillment of one of her greatest ambitions.
