Natale’s Gift describes exploits peculiar to the life of the mind, which to some might seem improbable. The pedant will mock the notion of a psychologist entering his patient’s dreams: “Telepathy is a myth, and scientifically impossible!” Yet it happens, and everyone can relate a personal example. The skeptic will cock a cynical eye at the likelihood of a person obtaining a notebook that gives him perfect advice, written by an unseen hand.
