Synopsis
The bustling slum of New-Outer Town clings to the wrong side of the towering walls of the city of Wilston like a flea to the side of a dog. In its streets, ragged and barefoot, run gangs of orphans — the feral and forgotten sons and daughters of the city above. Ruled by their own brutal form of government and under constant threat of starvation, the gangs must use cunning, diplomacy, and often violence to survive. A gifted thief with a silver tongue, Loke has risen to second in command of the Stray Dogs. However, as the uneasy peace between the gangs dissolves into outright war, Loke must show his true metal to protect himself and his brothers from certain death.
