For 40 years, Anne Katherine brought her energy, passion, creativity, and dedication to her work with clients, most of that time in private practice in Atlanta, Georgia, and Northwest Washington state. She also spoke at conferences, led workshops, and developed recovery programs for food addiction and appetite disorder.
She has an MA in psychology and advanced training in a variety of specialties, including addiction and systems-centered training. Now retired from that work as a psychotherapist, she is busy in her new profession as a screenwriter and fiction author, but her pioneering work in food addiction and misery addiction continues to change lives for the better through her light-hearted, clear, step-by-step books.
