À propos de l'auteur

Eric Kaufman and Joaquin F. Matias, also co- founders of The Natural Resilience Foundation, bring decades of problem-solving and creative expertise in real estate development. Kaufman has developed, brokered and financed a total of nearly $1 billion in commercial real estate. He co-founded the NY Wheel in Staten Island, NY, modeled after London Eye, giant Ferris Wheel. He now brings climate resilience to the lexicon of urban planning and real estate development. Matias has worked in the public-private realm of urban, economic development. He oversaw such efforts in Newark and for Rutgers-Newark. Today he is rebuilding urban cities as Chief Strategy Officer for City Strategy Group.
