I am a promoter who is authoring a book about my previous experience working as an executive in A&R in the music sector and interacting with everyday people. .I have both positive and negative experience in my life, whether I merited it or not. There are countless stories of entertainers, especially in the music industry signing and legally binding to "unfair" contracts. The artist sells a ton of recordings, but because of the fine print in the contract, the dollars are incredibly soft. My objective is always trying to stay positive. However, in order to, break the cycle of unfairness, the artists themselves must not create bad karma by mistreating the employees who helped them to achieve success. I felt it was time to author a book about self-transformation through using the secret principles of Moving Forward (4ward). Move 4ward is not just a movement; it is a way of life which illustrates people who have been knocked down and refused to give up on what they were put on earth to do! “I believe that everything happens for a reason, even if we are not wise enough to see it. When there is no struggle, there is no strength. This a story about a guy fighting for his life, while Jesus Christ and the devil were in a battle for his soul! He woke up Lost, caught in the middle, searching for his purpose continually working hard daily to evolve while still Movin' 4ward! On a daily basis, I interacted with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, and I participated in transforming obscure artists into stars. I have both positive and negative experiences in my life, whether merited it or not. When these events took place, they molded me but did not break me! Therefore, I deserve whatever else the future has in store for me! Sometimes you have to step back b4 you can Move 4ward! It is ok to look back without trying to go back. You can only do this by humbling yourself and not just waking up thinking it is all about You! It is time to refocus on how you can enter The Kingdom of Heaven! However, what does I know is that I'm just a sinner and a Believer that was once Lost before. When I began writing this book many years back, my frame of mind was not right, nor was it at peace with my previous life. I was not aware of the way to Move 4ward. Initially, this book was to reveal the numerous artists with whom I promoted and the exceptional individuals who tried to exploit me because of my kindness and giving spirit.
