Rob Hartman is the lead trainer for StressFreeDC, a training organization that specializes in advanced stress resilience methods. He’s trained military special operators, combat veterans with PTS/TBI, martial artists, medical doctors, stressed parents, and war vets. Since 2009, Rob has received extensive training on the nervous system from neuroscientists, yogis, shaman, stress experts, and researchers in the US, India, Bali, and Peru. Rob is a certified Tension & Trauma Release Exercise Practitioner and a graduate of the following programs: Klinghardt Academy's Autonomic Response Testing and Applied PsychoNeuroBiology, Mankind Project Leadership Training, Coach Training International, Wim Hof Method, Art of Living, Insight Meditation Community of Washington, Shadow Work, The Meadows Survivors, and Hellenger Family Constellations. He synthesizes techniques from the continued training and certifications he pursues. Rob has two decades of experience in Cyber Security/Warfare. He has helped clients in the across the defense, civilian, and intelligence sectors of the US government and designed the first computer security strategy for the Costa Rican government. Rob enjoys hikes, exploring new coffee shops in foreign lands, and his dog Yogi.
