Shane Briggs is the proud father of 6 boys. His youngest son, Laden, was born with a rare genetic syndrome called Prader-Willi Syndrome, or PWS. After struggling to understand his son's diagnosis, Shane dedicated himself to the belief and faith that God has a purpose and plan for his son. He believes that children with special needs and disabilities possess a very special gift. Dedicated to fundraising and charity events to raise money for children's charities, Shane began writing stories about 'unlikely heroes' that change the world. These works represent the strength and courage of children and families with special needs, disabilities, and genetic syndromes. Shane's literary works serve the sole purpose of supporting families and children's charities, in honor of his son Laden, because he is changing the world.
