Reginald Hamer has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from New York University and a Graduate Certificate in Pastoral Ministry from San Francisco University. He has lectured before NATO and the OAS (Organization of American States.) He has many years of working in high-tech industry plus teaching Math and Electronics.
