Dr. William Clark has over 15 years of experience working in government operations, nonprofit management and public housing management. Prior to launching Eli Patrick, Dr. Clark joined Workforce Solutions Collaborative as its Director. Dr. Clark manages the development and day-to-day operations of the collaborative. He is also responsible for ensuring the success of employer-driven partnerships in select industry sectors, delivering high-quality services with demonstrated outcomes, and systems coordination. Dr. Clark leverages his expert knowledge and years of experience in meeting facilitation and coaching to help clients develop leaders, manage change, launch new ventures, innovate, solve problems, and become financial sustainable. Dr. Clark holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Regent University and a Master of Leadership Development degree from Penn State University.
