James A. Doyle is a professor of psychology at Roane State Community College, Harriman, Tennessee. He received his Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Saskatchwan in 1973. James Doyle is the founding editor of the Mens Studies Review, The Journal of Mens Studies, and author of the textbook, The Male Experience. He was a founding member of the American Mens Studies Association and has served on its board of directors since 1982. He founded the Mens Studies Press in 1992, which publishes activist mens studeis scholarship.
Michele A. Paludi is Principal of Paludi & Associates, Consultants in Sexual Harassment. She serves as an expert witness in Title VII and Title IX cases. Michele Paludi is the author/editor of 16 textbooks and more than 130 articles and conference presentations on sexual harassment, discrimination, gender and career development. Her book, Ivory Power: Sexual Harassment on College Campuses was name the 1992 recipient of the Gustavus Myers Center Award for the Outstanding Book on Human Rights in the United States. She has held faculty positions at Franklin & Marshall College, Kent State University, Hunter College, and Union College. She earned her Ph.D. in experimental psychology at the University of Cincinnati.
