Synopsis

The RHS Desk Address Book showcases the work of eight women artists whose work dates from the nineteenth century to the twentieth century. Some, like Augusta Withers, Margaret Meen and Nelly Roberts, were professional artists illustrating books and magazines, whereas little is known of others, such as Caroline Applebee and Lydia Penrose, whose private work was donated to the RHS Lindley Library. This address book is a rare opportunity to celebrate the work of these women artists, professional or amateur. This best-selling address book is illustrated in full colour throughout. It has a stepped tabbed index and a storage pocket on the inside cover. It is also available in a pocket format and with a companion diary.
