Biographie de l'auteur
Peter Whitfield is a historian, critic and poet. He was formerly the director of Stanfords International Map Centre in London and now runs the publishing company Wychwood Editions

Dust jacket has a cut down the middle of the spine about 2 inches from the top, perhaps from opening the book with a knife.
