From the blurb, rather overstating the case: "The Bibliography of Ruskin, which was written in collaboration with James P. Smart, was published in eighteen parts between 1889 and 1893 and is so rare that several well-known bibliographers admit that they have never seen a copy. Arundell Esdaile who knew Wise and his works as well as any one speaks of a 'Small bibliography of Ruskin (with J. P. Smart)'. This 'small bibliography' consists of two volumes of 329 and 263 pages. Although 250 copies were said to have been subscribed we could trace in greater London only the British Museum and Hampstead Public Library copies (Wise lived at Hampstead)."
