Recent legislative changes enacted by the Oireachtas are incorporated. The book also includes all relevant judicial decisions of the Supreme Court and the High Court, many of an innovative nature and forming important precedents. There is a chapter on the European Community because of Ireland's acceptance of the Single European Act and a chapter dealing with planning law.
