Arlene Douglas, B.A., H. Dip. Education, H. Dip. Statistics, H. Dip. Computers, teaches Business, Communications & Computers, and is heavily involved in Event Management in Limerick Senior College, Limerick College of Further Education. She is an external examiner for FETAC, and is the author of Business Administration (Gill & Macmillan). Seamus O'Neill, B.Sc., H. Dip. Education, MBCS, teaches in the School of IT and Multimedia Design at Crumlin College, Dublin. He has 21 years teaching experience in second and third level colleges, and is the author of Essential Spreadsheet Skills (Stanley Thornes) and Essential Computer Applications (Gill & Macmillan).
