Mari Batholomew is a Healing-Shiatsu practioner and co-runs a Complementary Health Centre in Bath Dr Neil Campbell-Brown is a retired doctor who used Kombucha successfully in his own practice for many years. He is medical consultant to The Kombucha Network.
