Maureen Maloney, B.SW, M.B.A., M.EconSc lectures in Management at the National University of Ireland, Galway. She has also worked as an economic consultant to SIPTU. Francis O’Toole, B.A., M.Mangt.Sc., Ph.D. lectures in Economics at Trinity College Dublin. He has also worked as an economic consultant in the area of competition policy.
