Elsa Jones is a qualified nutritional therapist. Working with a GP practice in Dublin, she specialises in motivational weight management. Combining her qualifications and expertise in both nutrition and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), she helps her clients achieve their health goals.

Elsa is a leading spokesperson on nutrition in Irish media, recently appearing on the RTÉ documentary What Women Want, RTÉ’s Today Show, TV3’s popular health series How Healthy Are You? and Newstalk Radio.
