Nigel Slater is the author of REAL FAST FOOD (1992), REAL FAST PUDDINGS(1993) and THE 30 MINUTE COOK (1994) all published by Michael Joseph in hardback and by Penguin in paperback. REAL FAST FOOD was shortlisted for the Andre Simon Award and The 30 MINUTE COOK was nominated for both the Glenfiddich and the Julia Child awards. Nigel Slater is food correspondent of The Observer and writes monthly columns for Sainsbury's Magazine, GQ and Harpers and Queen. He lives in London N5.
