Synopsis

Originally broadcast on BBC radio as The Bye-Line - A Telephone Call to God, these lively and humorous monologues are designed either to be read aloud or to oneself, or presented as short dramatic pieces. Whilst prayer and discussion groups will find them a novel and entertaining means of introducing topics of everyday concern to Christians, the individual reader will readily relate to the trials and tribulations of a busy wife and mother, and her need for frequent private chats with God. Spanning a year from making New Year's resolutions to unwrapping presents on Christmas Day, this collection of conversations with God seeks a Christian solution to the varied problems, both small and large, of everyday life.
