Written Calculation comprises six pupils books, six Answer Books, a Teacher's Guide and a Teacher's Resource Book, and uses methods recommended in the National Curriculum. Pupils beginning Written Calculation: Multiplication 1 should have an understanding of the value of digits in two- and three-digit numbers and experience of multiplying single-digit numbers together. Pupils who have learnt their times tables will find written multiplication easier. This book provides:
