À propos de l'auteur
Beatrix Potter is one of the world's best-loved children's authors of all time. From her first book, The Tale of Peter Rabbit (1902) she went on to create a series of stories based around animal characters including Mrs Tiggy-winkle, Mr Jeremy Fisher and Tom Kitten. Her humorous, lively tales and beautiful illustrations have become a natural part of childhood.
A source of inspiration was the Lake District where she lived for the last thirty years of her life as a farmer and conservationist.

Beatrix Potter wrote this correspondence in miniature between the characters in her little tales. Illustrations are from the books. This is an Ex-Library. Glossy red covers are bright and rubbed. Ex-lib markings & pocket on end papers and back end paper missing. Lettering on spine and picture on covers clear and colorful. lightly bumped corners. Book size is approximately 4.25"W by 5.5"L. All pages are well bound to spine. Binding firm. Interior pages have no tears, writing or creases but lightly foxed. This is NOT a remainder. A very nice 43+ year old children's book by a classic author. Note: We have a closed shop - so our books are not handled by public.
