Biographie de l'auteur

Patrick Waterhouse is a chartered civil engineer specialising in the commercial and legal aspects of infrastructure projects. He delivers training and development services to many leading engineering employers with a particular focus on graduate development. He has been an ICE reviewer for over 15 years and has reviewed over 100 candidates in that time. The original author, H. Macdonald Steels, guided some 4500 trainee engineers towards professional qualification, through ICE and kindred Institutions, firstly as an employer, then as a Regional Liaison Officer for the ICE and late as a consultant. He tutored internationally on the workplace development of excellence in many aspects of the engineering and construction professions, as well as preparation for membership of several engineering Institutions.
