Yue Choong Kog is President of East West Engineering Consultants, Singapore. He has over 45 years of research and practitioner experience in appraisal and repair of concrete structures and is a former President of the Association of Consulting Engineers, Singapore. He has over 100 previous publications in international refereed journals, conference proceedings and chapters in books.
