Sister Eileen Mary SLG (1921–1999) entered the Community of the Sisters of the Love of God in 1952. She was a regular contributor to the Fairacres Chronicle but also wrote several short books about the religious life that were published by SLG Press: The Witness of the Contemplative Life, Fairacres Publications 5 (1967), The Contemplative Life: A Current Approach, Fairacres Publications 32 (1973), St Th�r�se of Lisieux: Her Relevance for Today, Fairacres Publications 40 (1974) and Pilgrimage and Possession, Fairacres Publications 86 (1983).
