Mandy Foot is a self-proclaimed animal nut and horse lover and works in a studio also occupied by two sheepdogs and a cat. As well as illustrating several bestselling picture books, she has produced work for the Adelaide Zoo Education Service, which has given her the opportunity to draw just about every animal you can think of.
