À propos de l'auteur

Gloria Solomon holds a PhD from the University of California at Berkeley, with an emphasis in sport psychology and sociology. As a certified sport psychologist, she has worked with athletic teams, including softball, at California at Berkeley, Virginia, Texas Christian, and Cal State Sacramento. Currently an assistant professor at Cal State Sacramento, Dr. Solomon has researched and written extensively on maximising the mental approach during competition and is also the book and resource review editor for The Sport Psychologist. Andrea Becker is a graduate assistant softball coach and master's student in sport psychology at Cal State Sacramento. A co-captain for Cal State Sacramento's softball team from 1999-2001, Becker has coached various levels of competition in the Amateur Softball Association summer leagues.
