Jamie Davis Whitmer (Georgia) is a paralegal and private investigator with a bachelor s degree in criminal justice. She is the founder of Judgment Enforcers, a private investigation business, where she works part time. A lifelong interest in the paranormal inspired her to start investigating haunted institutions and write this book.
