Vladimir Avdonin is professor at the Center for European Politics and Law, Ryazan' State Pedagogical University. Boris Ovchinnikov is a leading expert at the International Institute for Humanities and Political Studies, Moscow. Igor Semenov is an independent political analyst and consultant in Saratov.
