Synopsis
The Student's Guide to European Integration is a comprehensive and accessible introduction to the political, economic and legal aspects of the European Union. Fully up to date and jargon-free, the volume provides students with a clear overview of the history and institutional structure of the EU. In addition to chapters on all major policy areas, the book offers a straightforward analysis of political and economic theories of EU integration and the basics of EU law.
