Trevor May is a professional historian, writer, and educator, having tutored at both the University of Hertfordshire and the Open University. He has written over a dozen books on social and economic history, and has also organized historical re-enactments of 'Victorian Schooldays' in a schoolroom of 1874 near St. Albans.
