Revised and updated to take account of changes in the Investors in People criteria since the publication of the third edition, this text is a guide for trainers and senior managers to all aspects of the Investors in People (IiP) process. With detailed explanation and analysis of the revised indicators, it explains every stage of achieving the standard - and the reasons for doing so. Drawing on their own experience, the authors seek to clarify a sometimes confusing system, provide case studies from a broad range of sectors, show how organizations overcome common difficulties and describe the benefits derived from the IiP process.
