Andrew Seth has worked in UK, Europe and USA for Unilever and was Marketing Director and then Chairman of Lever Brothers UK, forming close relationships with many of today's leading retailers. He is now Board Chairman at Added Value, the leading edge marketing agency, a director of Tempus Plc and Richmond Events, Pro Chancellor of Kingston University, and a Governor of the Royal Shakespeare Company of Dulwich College and of Cooperation, Ireland. Andrew speaks and writes widely on marketing and business.
Geoffrey Randall is an independent consultant specialising in marketing training. His clients have included Unilever, BT, McVitie's, and WHSmith. He has worked in market research, marketing and strategic planning and was Head of the Business School of the former Thames Polytechnic for 12 years. He now lectures at City University Business School, and consults on management education for public and private clients, in Britain and overseas. He has written 5 books on marketing topics, including Branding and is co-author of The Grocers (both Kogan Page).
