Ros Taylor is a leading UK psychologist, successful businesswoman, accomplished author and TV and radio presenter. A clinical psychologist and managing director, she travels the world developing the potential of employees through the Transformation Programme which she has formulated. One of the three key presenters for BBC Two's Confidence Lab, she is also the author of Confidence in Just Seven Days. Newspapers have described her variously as 'the guru of personal development' and 'the best motivational speaker heard this year'. She was named by The Independent on Sunday as one of the top ten coaches in Britain.

John Humphrey was formerly head of the Employment Risk Consulting practice of Marsh UK, and advises many leading employers on health and employment issues. He has run the healthcare functions of Procter and Gamble and the Beecham Group. Together with Lord Robens he founded BMI Occupational Health. John was the founding Managing Director of Minerva Health Management and the Chairman of Marsh Health.
