He is author and Executive Editor of Gee's best-selling loose-leaf work, Essential Facts: Employment, and numerous other titles, including Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour and Design (Kogan Page). He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Institute of Personnel and Development.
