Frances Kay, now retired, was a consultant to specialist firms and assisted them in establishing and developing corporate networks and relationships for business development. In addition to her many years of work experience covering politics, diplomatic service and law, Frances has published over twenty business books including Successful Networking, Understanding NLP and Understanding Emotional Intelligence, all published by Kogan Page.
