The partnership of Charles Babbage and Ada Lovelace was one that would change science forever. JAMES ESSINGER is the author of many non-fiction books that focus on STEM subjects and personalities, including Frankie: The Woman Who Saved Millions from Thalidomide (The History Press) and Ada's Algorithm (Gibson Square), which has been optioned for a film. He lives in Canterbury.
