Trish Davies is a home economist and food specialist with over 20 years' experience. She has worked as an editor on a number of food magazines, as a writer, recipe creator, cookery demonstrator and lecturer. Trish has also done a great deal of work with television and preparing food for advertising and promotional photography. She is the co-author of The Illustrated Food and Cooking of Poland, Germany and Eastern Europe (also published by Lorenz Books).
