Biographie de l'auteur

Antony Wild has tea in his blood. His great uncle fuonded the famous Betty's Cafe Tearooms in Yorkshire and he worked as buying director for its sister company, Taylors or Harrogate, makers of Yorkshire Tea. He has travelled to many tea producing countries, and has written extensively on the subject. Simona Hill obtained a City & Guilds qualification in sugarcraft skills and cake artistry 20 years ago. Since then she has designed and decorated elaborate and whimsical celebration cakes for every occasion imaginable.
