Fans and followers flock to him because they love his talent for making cooking fun and for making amazing meals fast with just a few ingredients, often used in new and surprising combinations. And, to be clear, they like him because he is very, very funny. From his original viral videos focused on packaged-ramen hacks, Ivan has expanded to a wider repertoire of recipes from a variety of cuisines, while still maintaining his original focus on fast prep times, bold flavoring, inexpensive ingredients, and, of course, the wonders of ramen. Before becoming a full-time food creator, he was a social-media manager for a high-tech company. He lives in Los Angeles.
