James A. Bryant, Jr. is Assistant Professor for Curriculum and Instruction at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. He holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Dakota. He is also the author of Curley (University Press of America, 1994.)
