James B. Herendeen is Professor Emeritus at the Pennsylvania State University and Senior Lecturer, University of Texas-El Paso (Retired). His previous publications include Modern Political Economy: Issues and Ideas; The Economics of the Corporate Economy; Money and the Financial System (with Ray Lombra and Ray Torto). He has published numerous articles in the Quarterly Review of Economics, the Journal of Consumer Affairs, the Southern Economic Journal, Challenge, the Magazine of Economic Affairs and Farm Economics.
