Ruth Hansten RN, MBA, PhD, FACHE'is the author of six books and numerous articles. Her doctoral research focused on critical thinking and clinical judgment and she incorporates her research into her teaching and consulting strategies.' In 2008 the 4th edition of her Clinical Delegation Skills: A Handbook for Professional Practice book will be published as will her Relationship & Results Oriented Healthcare Implementation Manual.'' Noted author of numerous articles and award winning books, Marilynn's work has focused on the concepts of delegation, critical thinking, and creative expression. She served as graduate faculty for the University of Phoenix, teaching courses in management, leadership, collaboration and conflict, among many others.
