Donna Polverini, RN, MSN-Department of Nursing, American International College Arthur Natella, PhD-American International College Arthur Natella, Jr. received his B.A. from Columbia University and his Ph.D. from Syracuse University. He has taught at major colleges and universities throughout the country and abroad, and he is the author of four books, including The Spanish in America (Oceana Books) and Business in Mexico (Haworth Press), as well as numerous articles, reviews, and translations, which have appeared in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. He is currently Chair of the Foreign Language Department of the American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He is also Adjunct Professor on the Criminal Justice Program at Western New England College. He lectures widely on the subjects of the Spanish language and cultural sensitivity.
