Keith Olsen is a CIW Certified Instructor who trains CIW candidates at PBSC, an IBM--owned training company in Canada. He also holds MCT, MCSE, CNI, and CNE credentials and provides Microsoft and Novell certification training. Don Loughran is a full--time technical instructor with Polar Bear Corporate Education Solutions and has been working in the microcomputer industry since 1980. His many certifications include CIW Certified Instructor, CNE and CNI, MCSE, MCSD, MCT, Sun Certified Java Programmer, and A+.
