SANDRA E. EDDY has been writing about computers, the Internet, and Windows applications for nearly two decades. Her previous books include HTML In Plain English, XHTML In Plain English, Teach Yourself XML, and Teach Yourself Microsoft Active Server Page 3.

B.K. DeLONG is Research Leader for the Web standards consultancy ZOT Group, staff member of the Web Standards Project steering committee. He recently cowrote XHTML: Moving Toward XML with Simon St. Laurent.
