Dana C. McWay, JD, RRA is a lawyer working in court administration with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Previous to this position, Ms. McWay was affiliated with the firm of Peper, Martin, Jensen, Maichel & Hetlage. She is admitted to practice in both Illinois and Missouri. Her background in Health Information Management stems from a position as both a Director and Assistant Director of Medical Records at a large teaching hospital and a for-profit substance abuse facility. She has served as a member of the Legislative Committee of the Missouri Health Information Management Association.
