The Second Edition domenstrates the wide-ranging diagnostic applications of immunohistochemistry and molecular techniques such as flow cytometry, in situ hybridization (ISH), and the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Four new chapters - the eye, the ear, the penis and nonneoplastic bone diseases - have been added to the Second Edition and most chapters from the original edition have been extensively rewritten.
